Service Home Pros Basic Membership Program Disclaimer & Agreement


Terms & Conditions


By enrolling in the Service Home Pros Membership Program, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Membership Benefits


Membership includes:


Members will receive a 10% discount on all labor charges for services provided by Service Home Pros. This discount applies to standard handyman services and does not include the cost of materials, permits, or subcontracted work. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.


Members also receive priority scheduling, meaning they will be given precedence over non-members when booking appointments. While we strive to accommodate all requests as quickly as possible, priority scheduling is subject to availability and may be affected by holidays and weekends. Service Home Pros will make every effort to schedule appointments at the earliest possible convenience for our members.


Warranty on Work Completed: Service Home Pros provides a warranty on workmanship for services completed under the membership program. The specific warranty period and coverage details will be provided at the time of service. However, this warranty is void immediately upon membership cancellation. Any claims or requests for warranty service must be made while the membership is active.


2. Payment & Renewal


Membership fees are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis.


Monthly membership fees will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card on file. By enrolling in the membership program, the customer authorizes Service Home Pros to charge the designated payment method for recurring membership fees.


Membership will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.


The certificate for free service does not carry over to the next membership term if unused.


Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy:


By enrolling in the membership program, the customer expressly authorizes Service Home Pros to charge their credit or debit card for the agreed-upon membership fees.


Membership fees are non-refundable, and any attempts to dispute a legitimate charge through the bank or credit card provider will be considered a violation of this agreement.


If a chargeback is filed, Service Home Pros reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide documentation proving the customer's agreement to the terms.


Customers must contact Service Home Pros first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with their bank.


Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action or additional fees to recover the disputed amount.


3. Warranty & Liability Limitations


Service Home Pros does not warranty, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, performance, or longevity of any products, supplies, or materials that were not purchased directly by Service Home Pros.


Customers who choose to supply their own materials do so at their own risk. Any failures or defects related to customer-supplied materials will not be covered under any warranty.


The warranty provided by Service Home Pros does not cover any damage, defects, or failures resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or improper handling by the client. Any repairs necessitated by client-caused damage will be billed separately at standard rates.


4. Exclusions & Limitations


The membership and included free service do not cover:


Repairs or services related to pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or code violations.


Damage caused by misuse, neglect, third parties, or acts of nature.


Services that exceed the $300 value of the certificate (additional costs will be billed separately).


Any labor or installation related to customer-provided materials, fixtures, or equipment.


The use of the free service certificate followed by immediate membership cancellation. If a member utilizes the free service and then cancels their membership within a [specified period], Service Home Pros reserves the right to charge the full value of the service provided.


5. Cancellation & Termination


Membership may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice.


Service Home Pros reserves the right to terminate membership due to non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these terms.


If the membership is canceled before using the free service certificate, it expires immediately and cannot be redeemed.


Warranty coverage on completed work is void upon membership cancellation. Any warranty claims must be submitted while the membership is active.


6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability


The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Service Home Pros, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from services provided, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.


Under no circumstances shall Service Home Pros be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from services rendered, delays, or service unavailability.


Customers acknowledge that all services are provided "as is" and agree that Service Home Pros shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays due to weather, material shortages, or other uncontrollable events.


By enrolling in the membership program, the customer waives any right to file legal claims or lawsuits against Service Home Pros beyond the coverage outlined in this agreement.


7. Changes to Terms


Service Home Pros reserves the right to update or modify membership terms at any time, with prior notice to active members.


Continued participation in the membership program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


By enrolling in the Service Home Pros Membership Program, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
